2022 in Review!
2022 was a busy and productive year for iMeasure and its products, seeing significant growth in our client base and the highly successful validation of iPrism, which has proved to be a valuable, informative and compliant tool for the aviation sector. iPrism has demonstrated its strength and breadth not only as an “all in one” assessment tool but has proved it is able to offer an excellent foundation for the creation of development programmes for cadets and command candidates. This means it offers significantly good value for money and in the current climate where aviation is seeking to attract newcomers into the industry, the ability to re-use the tool to offer support to students and employees alike is the way forward to help retain motivated candidates and give them the tools to work through challenges.
iPrism
iPrism is a multi-faceted instrument that is behavioural based and creates an integrated approach to create a profile of the respondent both from a trait and state-based perspective. It addresses soft skills, interactive style at work, a descriptive competency framework that includes self-esteem, self-efficacy, resilience and locus of control. The final section describes where people feel in control and what situations may cause them to feel out of control and how this behaviour may manifest.
