We offer a one-to-one feedback service with one of our experienced Psychologists to give you the opportunity to go through your results in more detail.

Feedback sessions can range from 15 to 60 minutes and are usually delivered via phone or video conferencing platforms. The benefits of a session include:

  1. A fuller understanding of your own behaviour, strengths and weaknesses through in-depth discussion of your results.
  2. Explanation of report outputs and any psychological terms referenced in the assessments, in the context of what this means for performance in the workplace.
  3. An opportunity to raise any questions you have around the process and results.
  4. Provision of advice and guidance on developmental strategies to support moving forward.

From a client perspective, we know that sometimes conducting feedback sessions can be daunting or impacted by internal politics and pressures. We can either provide advice to your own managers required to deliver feedback or can offer an objective, impartial and qualified alternative with feedback delivered by our own team.
