Set Up

We’ll be with you right from the start, ensuring a detailed Requirements Capture and Profiling of your organisation to ensure your process is fit for purpose., Bespoke Design and Process Development, including devising scoring and weightings to determine the key role competencies, attitudes and skills required. We can also incorporate Employer Branding and will ensure you are provided with a full suite of documentation, including process rationale, report interpretation and training.
