Interactive And Practical Workshops For Real Behavioural Change And Development

Toolkits to enhance individual and team performance in the workplace, utilising a behaviour-driven approach.

Our workshops focus a variety of vital non-technical skills and abilities – including resilience, self-awareness and emotional intelligence – to support effective and long-lasting behavioural change.

We offer a pick-and mix modular approach in our delivery. Each level (Fundamental, Intermediate, Advanced) consists of two modules that link nicely to make a complete one-day course, but also sit as stand-alone packages. The 4 hour modules can all be integrated into a complete course – covering all of the essentials surrounding communicating, interacting and working with others – or utilised as independent workshops to focus an identified development area.

Modules and packages can be modified, developed and extended to meet your specific needs and to ensure utmost relevance and applicability to your organisation.
