Tired of drowning in data from multiple different psychometric reports and outputs? Struggling to extract the “so what” from psychological instruments and questionnaires to support making meaningful recruitment and selection decisions? iPRISM could be the tool for you!
The iPRISM assessment offers a holistic and in-depth understanding of individual’s behaviour and performance, presented in a clear, concise and easy to understand report format. By combining analysis across 4 key areas of performance, our outputs provide real clarity on the respondent’s behaviour, which easily fits alongside job specifications and competency frameworks to take the hard work out of your decision-making process.
How do individuals behave, both when in their comfort zone, and when challenged?
How do individuals engage as an employee?
Understanding these aspects of human performance has applicability across multiple different contexts:
The purpose of the iPrism assessment ultimately is to support a better understanding of human performance. In a work context, this is seeking to ensure that people are not only a good fit for the job, but that the job is a good fit for them. At a more personal level, it is about ensuring people are in environments that are maximising their strengths, mitigating the potential for exposure to situations that can introduce behaviours that pose a possible risk to themselves or others.
All of us have pressure triggers, with the potential for negative responses. But if we are in the right environment and content, then we are more likely to be productive, performing to the best of our ability and responding well to challenges. If, for whatever reason we are not feeling confident, valued, stretched or whatever our individual needs are to perform to our full potential, then we can start to exhibit some of the more negative aspects of our character.
Measurement of performance across eight key behavioural competencies. These can be tailored to your specific organisational or role requirements through a bespoke organisational profile.
Identification of coping strategies and approach to pressure management. Uncovering the stability, resilience and reactions the respondent is likely to exhibit.
Understanding respondent’s communication style. How do they learn? What type of leadership or communication do they respond best to? How does their interaction tone change when under pressure?
Awareness of respondent’s preferred behavioural approach. The combination of 4 unique profile types provides a powerful description of behaviour in the workplace.
A tool to support organisations in a three-dimensional understanding of their potential employees’ behaviour, performance in the role and any potential risks.
A non-clinical but high-risk industry assessment tool that aims to focus on some of the more serious risks and negative behaviours that can impact on performance and behaviour.
A monitoring tool for children aged 8-16 years old. Can be run regularly and incorporates analysis of Social Media use to support in-depth appreciation for the behavioural impact that occurs as the individual develops.
