Report Interpretation Training:
Are you a client or employee keen to understand how to maximise the application of iPRISM insights in your workplace? Our half-day training session provides a thorough grounding in interpretation of the iPRISM outputs, alongside practical recommendations for the workplace.
Accreditation – iPRISM Practitioner:
If you already hold the BPS Test User Qualifications (ability and personality) and are keen to incorporate the iPRISM product into your toolkit of offerings to your own clients, our two-day course provides full certification and accreditation in the iPRISM tool, including administration, interpretation and feedback delivery.

Our training is aimed at psychologists, HR, L&D and OD specialists – whether independent or in-house – as well as coaches and any professional interested in understanding and supporting the development and performance of their people or clients.
We can offer individual or group training sessions, with face-to-face training elements delivered either at your premises or a neutral venue. Sessions typically include practical, hands-on delivery practice as well online and virtual elements or e-learning.
iPRISM Training – Course Elements
Understanding the power of the iPRISM tool is critical in ensuring you can harness the insights it provides to support the performance of your people or clients.
Accreditation
Become a certified and accredited practitioner of the iPRISM tool. In addition to learning the theories and psychological evidence providing the tools’ foundations, you will gain full understanding of the powerful behavioural insights the iPRISM tool provides around work behaviour and performance. Learn how to apply these insights to understanding your own performance at work as well as gaining the confidence to deliver feedback on the tool to others, and embed practical solutions and developmental guidance in the workplace. (Whilst holding the BPS Test User qualification is a desirable prerequisite, we are happy to review individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis).
Report Interpretation
Understanding how to interpret the various outputs and powerful behavioural insights the tool provides, regarding behaviour, performance, interaction, resilience and pressure management at work. Full explanation of all terminology and graphics is provided, alongside clarification of the scoring mechanisms and how the elements combine to give you a complete picture of the individual’s behaviour. In addition if you are part of a client organisation that has bespoke profiling, you will learn all about this profile and the specific priorities, weightings and preferences of your organisation.
Theoretical Underpinning
In a very digestible and easy-to-understand way, learn all about psychological theories, models and evidence that underpin the iPRISM tool and provide the solid foundations of understanding human behaviour. Our courses can also keep you up-to-date and refreshed on all the latest relevant research. We promise no psychobabble or jargon, the content is delivered in a very accessible way!
Self-insights
As part of the training process you will complete and receive feedback on your own iPRISM report. Not only does this support you in appreciating the candidate’s perspective and gaining the opportunity to see the feedback process in action, but the insights can also support your own self-understanding and awareness, helping enhance your own performance at work.
Feedback Delivery
Gain full competence and confidence in delivering feedback on the iPRISM report to your clients or employees. The tool can be used in both assessment and developmental contexts, which require differing feedback delivery styles, both of which can be covered to enable you to maximise the utility, versatility and flexibility of the tool.
Developmental Guidance
Improve your coaching practice in addition to understanding how to offer practical tools, solutions and recommendations based on the iPRISM outputs, which can be easily applied and embedded back into the workplace environment. Based on the report outputs and profile scores you will learn about the specific developmental strategies relevant across the different patterns of results.
