The High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) - licenced by Thomas International - helps identify leadership potential and provides insight into how suited they may be for a given position, for example senior executive leadership. Personality Assessment

The Sova and Talent Q Dimensions personality questionnaires - licenced by the Talent Praxis Group - assess key behaviours at work. Aptitude Testing

Aptitude testing provides powerful prediction of long-term professional success; through Cut-e we can offer a comprehensive, valid suite of ability tests known as scales. The scales test series measures aptitude and abilities across different assessment scenarios, including numerical ability, verbal ability, abstract logical abilities, special knowledge & skills as well as specific cognitive abilities.
