Selection campaign for International Airline: iMeasure Ltd supports sister company Orbit Performance providing psychological assessments for Norse Atlantic’s pilot recruitment process

iMeasure Ltd are delighted to have been working alongside Human Performance company Orbit Performance to support new airline Norse Atlantic with the psychological assessment of their new hire pilots.  Norse Atlantic, a Norwegian low-cost and long-haul airline, are utilising iMeasure’s behavioural assessment iPrism to provide a comprehensive and multi-dimensional assessment of their candidates, exploring candidate personality, values, attitudes and behaviours against key role competencies, as well as insights around resilience, coping strategies and pressure management.

Having been validated within the pilot population on a global scale, the iPrism tool is culturally sensitive and possesses appropriate norm groups that have facilitated Norse in targeting their assessment criteria for both Command and First Officer assessments. In combination with iMeasure’s Crew Communication Assessment tool it has also proven successful in equipping the Norse team with important predictions regarding candidate potential during the selection of their Second Officer applicants.

The iPrism tool is also successfully employed in the aviation industry underpinning Command Upgrade assessments, Pilot Professional Development and Instructor assessments. Developed by two Aviation Psychologists with backgrounds in Performance, Sport and Occupational Psychology and over 45 years combined experience in the aviation industry,  iMeasure are proud to be able to offer psychological assessment that goes beyond EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.175(b) compliance.
